Victor is a real estate veteran with more than 15 years' Datacenter and IT Infrastructure experience in real estate company. He had been instrumental in deployment and strategy formulation of IT and Datacenter infrastructure for the first industrial REIT of Singapore (Ascendas-REIT). He has a deep understanding of datacentre and end-users' ecosystem.

VK Capital Digital funds LP is Private Equity Fund, founded by Victor, that acquire land, build, operate and transfer Datacenters to Singapore Stock Exchange via a Real Estate Investment Trust or Business Trust vehicle. VK Capital Digital funds is expanding into emerging and developed market in Asia Pacific - including Singapore, Malaysia, China, Indonesia, Cambodia and Vietnam.

Victor holds a BEng in Civil and Structural from the Nanyang Technological University, a MSc, Computer Science from Univeristy of Wales, Aberystwyth

Victor is a Harvard Business School alumni - he had completed PLD (which is equivalent to an executive MBA in Harvard Business School) and Real Estate Management from Harvard Graduate School of Design.
